Saltenas are a famous Bolivian Empanada made with beef, chicken, pork, or just vegetables. My name is Jorge and together with my brother Sam, we started "El Peco" empanada shop right in my house in Nashua, NH. I would like to give a lot of credit to my mother and two sisters for teaching me to make Bolivian empanadas. They are a part of this idea.
